1. Booking and Payment

• Advance Deposit: A minimum of 20% is required to confirm the booking.
• Balance Amount: The remaining balance must be paid to the driver or the office at the ending of the journey.
• Inclusions: Rates typically include vehicle rental, interstate permits (if going outside Goa), toll taxes, entrance fees and driver charges.
• Exclusions: Parking fees are to be paid by the client unless specified otherwise.

2. Usage Policy

• Kilometer Calculation: Kms are calculated from our garage back to our garage.
• Time Limits: A standard "day" is usually defined as 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or a 9-hour window. Night driving after 7:00 PM may incur extra charges.
• Vehicle Extra Hrs Rs 400/-
• Night charge Driver from 7pm to 9pm Rs 500/-
• Night charge Driver from 9pm to 12 am 1000/-
• AC Usage: Air conditioning will be switched off when the vehicle is parked or stationary to prevent engine overheating and battery drain.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip: 90% refund.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the trip: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip: No refund.

4. Safety and Conduct

• Capacity: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle (Bus, Tempo Traveller, Winger, or Urbania).
• Illegal Acts: Carrying illegal substances or engaging in unlawful activities inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. The driver has the right to terminate the trip immediately in such cases.
• Damages: Any damage caused to the vehicle interior by the client will be charged at actual cost.

• Pickup and drop-off locations.
• Identity proof (as required by local transport authorities or hotel check-ins).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm your bookings and send trip updates via WhatsApp.
• To share necessary details with the assigned driver for your pickup.
• To improve our customer service and fleet management.

3. Data Protection

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with partners (like fuel providers or toll systems) strictly necessary to complete your service.
